Milk, dairy products and other foods are subject to a number of legal specifications (e.g. EU ordinances, national regulations), in which limits are set and regulated for certain residues or contaminants. These limit values are constantly being put to the test and are updated according to state of the art science and technology.

muva kempten GmbH offers a wide range of residue analysis tests for you. For individual parameter groups we have put together special testing packages (raw material monitoring, residue monitoring).
