The analytical procedures in the institute include more than 400 accredited methods making it one of the leading institutes in Germany. About 800 chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory criteria can currently be tested. On the basis of accreditation according to the guidelines in DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 we offer one of the widest research spectrums in the entire food sector. Years of experience and expertise in one of the most sensitive food areas – milk and other dairy products – mean that muva kempten GmbH is ideally suited for many other areas in the food branch. We can also test food ingredients, additives, packaging (including its interaction with the product) and the production environment. The tests and their related samples are planned in cooperation with the customer. Rapid provision of information and the delivery of the results online – including direct transmittal to our partner’s LIMS – are standard practice for us.
